For many years now, and for a variety of reasons, I have chosen to celebrate Solstice more than Christmas.
Often times, we are required to attend both Solstice and Christmas, or none at all, and we find many practices that fortify our beings, enabling us to embody our best selves, to share our beings generously and participate wholeheartedly in the family festivities and life in general.
For this reason I have been guided to share some practices, which nurture our souls and ignite wellbeing.
Being in nature, eating light and purifying our physical, emotional, and mental bodies, through yoga, meditation, sound vibrational healing, hiking, dancing, waterfall bathing, sweat lodges and deep relaxation, all help to strengthen the connection with the Infinite, Universal Nature of Being.
Retreating into simplicity and grace, and immersing into the flow of nature, can be extremely rewarding and healing on many levels.
In community with like minded souls, and holistic practices, we are more easily drawn into deeper reverence, gratitude and Presence, thereby nurturing well being on all levels..
