The Journey into Peace starts with You, Beloved!
What an honour it is to live in these magical times!
Never before in history have we had access to such a plethora of tools available to heal and awaken to our True Natures, exploring and understanding what ‘peace’ means for each of us.
Once found, peace must be shared, and as such we have the potential to change the world!
In our journey into peace, there is so much power in the acknowledgment of our differences, and the acceptance of opposites that dance beautifully together, generously providing evidence of the infinite creativity that is the nature of the Universe.
However, most have been programmed to reject and judge that which is unfamiliar, different or challenging to our belief systems, or current understanding of reality. As such, the duality of this system is reinforced by encouraging disassociation, competition, and war.
But our souls crave PEACE
Our beings need balance
We want to know Oneness
We yearn for Love…
Love can be experienced as a state of Bliss that occurs when we encounter our Highest Selves, the nature of which can be illusive, it can also be that heart-opening passion that is ignited when extreme opposites come into a state of harmony and creativity, or the true inspiration of real kindness…. yes Love can be many things, it is the tapestry of all emotions, and our hearts have more capacity than we can ever imagine to crack open to it, again and again!
Finding balance means that we practice reconciling opposites, opening up to seeing the truth, as the blinkers come off and we become more healthy and nonjudgemental, and the acceptance of All that Is allows us to step into true Presence, acknowledging and loving even those parts of ourselves, and the world that appear contradictory…..
As such we find PEACE!
But Peace, like balance…… is a practice!
We can find peace in so many of the little things,
Whether it is;
In the tears of joy that are born from our sorrows,
In the laughter that celebrates the absurdity of our humanness,
In the turn around of the breath, neither coming nor going, here, nor there,
In the quietness of a day well lived, or
In the wisdom of the heart in the embrace of innocence…
it is always and ever-present
In that still point
In the centre
In the moment
Now.

“If there is to be peace in the world,
There must be peace in the nations.
If there is to be peace in the nations,
There must be peace in the cities.
If there is to be peace in the cities,
There must be peace between neighbours.
If there is to be peace between neighbours,
There must be peace in the home.
If there is to be peace in the home,
There must be peace in the heart.”
May you find, and know Peace, and may it bless each moment that arises!
