What To Expect When You Join A

Drop In Class Or Monthly Membership

There are currently 4 days a week you can choose to drop in to experience my teachings. Monday and Thursday sessions are structured for beginners to intermediates who want to start building and strengthening their yoga and meditation practice.

If you already practice yoga and are looking to grow and further enhance your practice, then Wednesday and Saturday classes will suit you better, as we cover more advanced techniques and practices.

Whichever class you choose, we cover alignment principles that will enhance your overall well-being and increase your mind-body connection. You can also expect a personalised approach, as I will be able to modify poses to meet your individual needs and goals.
