THE CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS CHAKRA YOGA SERIES

The 8-Week 12-Chakra Yoga Immersion

Beginning 7 January 2026 | SoulStar Sanctuary

A powerful, embodied yoga and meditation immersion designed to awaken and harmonise the chakra system, strengthen the nervous system, and gently prepare the body for Light Body activation.

This programme is open to beginners through to intermediate practitioners and offers flexibility to attend once or twice per week on Mondays and/or Wednesdays.

Over seven weeks, participants journey through the primary chakras using:

  • Chakra-based yoga postures and flows

  • Breathwork and kriya for subtle-body activation

  • Guided meditation and affirmations

  • Sound-healing frequencies aligned to each chakra

Week Eight culminates in a 4-hour integration workshop, bringing together:

  • An overview of the 12-chakra system

  • A guided integration meditation

  • A deep Sound Healing Journey with Natalie Rosanne

This closing workshop is designed to anchor the work of the previous weeks and support embodied integration of the full chakra system

Beginner to Intermediate Classes

1 class/week for 12 weeks @ R2500 (12 classes x 90 mins each)

  • Thursdays 5:30-7pm and Alternating Saturdays and Sundays @ SoulStar Sanctuary, Illovo, Melrose
