Through Movement Into Meditation Online Course
In this ONLINE 12-week course you receive 2 videos per week to guide you in strengthening your yoga practice and awaken into awareness and meditation through movement.
You will work with your Chakra system, Divine Masculine and Feminine, and Kundalini awakening, as taught by Natalie Rosanne, and is designed for beginners and intermediate students, or anyone with a thirst to deepen their meditation and healing yoga practice.
