Crown Chakra – Sahasrāra – Divine Union and Ascension
The Crown Chakra, or Sahasrāra in Sanskrit, is the seventh energy centre, located at the crown of the head. Represented by a thousand-petalled lotus, it is the gateway to Divine connection, Christ Consciousness, and unity with all creation.
This chakra governs our relationship with the sacred — the infinite, the transcendent, and the eternal. When open and balanced, it allows us to live in alignment with the Divine Will, experiencing peace, bliss, and trust in the unfolding of life.
Signs of Crown Chakra Imbalance
Deficient Energy (underactive Sahasrāra):
– Disconnection from spirit or higher self

– Cynicism or disbelief in the sacred

When Sahasrāra awakens, we realise that every breath, every being, and every moment is infused with Divine presence. This is the truth of Ascension — the path of yoga, meditation, sound healing, coaching, recovery, and sacred retreats — guiding us home into unity.
