Root Chakra – Muladhara – Foundations of Faith, Safety, and Stability

The Root Chakra, or Muladhara in Sanskrit, is the foundation of our physical and spiritual being. It governs our sense of grounding, belonging, faith, and connection to the Earth. In Christ Light Yoga, meditation, sound healing, coaching, recovery, retreats, and ascension practices, Muladhara is seen as the sacred anchor that holds us steady as we awaken into Christ Consciousness.

Signs of Root Chakra Imbalance

Deficient Energy (underactive Muladhara):

– Anxiety or fear
– Feeling ungrounded or disconnected
– Financial insecurity
– Difficulty focusing or manifesting

Excessive Energy (overactive Muladhara):

– Material obsession
– Hoarding or excessive attachment
– Aggression or controlling tendencies
– Resistance to change

Christ Consciousness & Muladhara

Muladhara is more than physical grounding — it is the foundation of spiritual awakening. When rooted in Christ Consciousness, we cultivate unshakable faith and safety that transcends material fear. This is the soil in which our light body grows, stabilising us to rise into higher chakras and to walk the path of ascension with safety and grace.

Christ Light Reflection

The Root Chakra teaches us that only by grounding deeply into the Earth can we ascend into the heavens. As we heal Muladhara through yoga, meditation, sound healing, recovery practices, and retreats, we restore balance between body, mind, and spirit. Faith becomes our foundation, stability our natural state, and ascension our living path.

If you feel called to root more deeply into Christ Light, I invite you to explore my Christ Light Yoga classes, sound healing journeys, coaching, and sacred retreats. Together we build a foundation of love, stability, and Christed awakening.
